I am a student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division working toward a Diploma in Web Design. I am especially interested in a working environment where I can contribute my skill sets to a design project; expand my knowledge of the development and design process; and enjoy the professional, creative, fun, fast-paced and rewarding atmosphere which lends itself to growth as a person and a professional.

I believe I can be an asset to your design team because I offer a unique skill set. I bring the essential design tools which I have learned in the classroom which meet the necessary qualifications for the position; but even more importantly, I bring a unique set of skills learned through interaction with people from diverse backgrounds, working in fast-paced, deadline oriented work environments where organization, attention to detail and excellent communication skills were essential.

I think the internship opportunity is right for me at this time in my career development. I understand that the beginning compensation is $10.00 per hour, which is adequate for my needs at this time.
